Someone who has had a structure collapse on them

/Mishnah/
Someone who has had a structure collapse on them
(on Shabbat: ADK),
if there is doubt whether .. s/he is alive
. . we remove the rubble from him.
If they find him/her alive
they remove the rubble; if dead – they leave it be.

/Talmud/
If they find him/her alive
– This is too obvious to bother saying!?

No, it is necessary to state,
because it is true even for “the life of the moment” (=
chayei sha’ah).
